And by the way...

...there are a few minor discrepancies between this lyric as it's sung on Good Tar and the version on Spin. That's because I've edited a bit more. My buddy Chuck Brodsky is my hero when it comes to editing. He continues to edit songs that he wrote years ago, and that he's already recorded. Christine Kane does a beautiful job with the harmonies on the Spin version, and she suggested that the line "Blessed be the broken yellow line that binds" would be stronger without the last two words. I think she's right.
