Big news to share!
I have signed a publishing deal with Chalice Press to publish a new edition of my book Worldchanging 101: Challenging the Myth of Powerlessness. The new book, with significant updates and new material, will be called You Are Changing the World Whether You Like It Or Not, and is due in July of 2023 (after a delay from the original publication date of November 2022).
Chalice Press supports a diverse base of authors and customers as the go-to publisher for books and materials on social justice, inclusive community, spirituality, and leadership development. It is an imprint of the century–old Christian Board of Publication. Among their authors are Rev. Dr. William Barber, II, Walter Brueggemann, Bruce Reyes-Chow, Sandhya Rani Jha, Traci Smith, and Melvin Bray. You Are Changing the World Whether You Like It Or Not will be a secular book that can be used in public educational settings and contexts with a diversity of worldviews and cosmologies. Chalice will simultaneously publish an online study guide for churches or reading groups, with religious context and further exploration of the ideas in the book from a Christian perspective.
